    Taboos and Broken Cigars

A firm grip of the monkey wrench,

    rotating it forwards and backwards

until the nut is secure and fastened,

Steel horse, greased, and engine ready.

    Infected bloodlines and rebel ties,

    Tatooed children of the horizon

    Sweat, balls and bottle ready,

in dismal bars with jukebox music.

Tyrant suppressed with a bucket of ale.

Until the night waits untimely mystic

Morning star rising deletes the night,

    woman under hotel bedsheets.

    Grab of chain, sunglass, keys

    and cigar this monday morning.

    Exploited lungs of cancerous fumes,

Open of door, dust in the air.

    Exploding with power, choosing between

    the dame and steel horse.
